How do I become an Elder Friendly^® Business evaluator?

By contacting our volunteer engagement coordinator at Elders In Action by calling 503-235-5474 or filling out our online form. This position is ideal for someone who likes to shop and explore new businesses. As a trained evaluator, you will review the effectiveness of a business to serve an aging population. Your evaluation will provide feedback and continuance improvement information to businesses management. The position involves contacting businesses by phone, visiting sites and reviewing websites. Evaluators are will attend 3 hours of training and perform 3-8 evaluations each year. Volunteers must be age 55+ and are at all levels of ability.
